I waited 50 minutes for my appoinment to start, because there was misunderstanding in the store about who my consultant will be.
The kitcken was designed on a computer and in the end I was communicated a price. I asked the consultant to print the offer so I can have a loot at it during the weekend.
However, the consultant refused to do so. He said he is not allowed, and that only if I sign on the spot that I buy the kitcken, he can ask his boss if he can give me the list of items included in the product.
I found the approach very untransparent. As a consumer, I have the right to know what I am buying.
It woudl be great if you could give this feedback to mömax to improve their attitude towards their customers.
